Life in Red is reflecting the life of the darkroom, the physicality of photography and fascination with the medium, while also not using a camera; A tool used to reflect specific spaces in front of it. Using objects and materials that have been traditionally used to create photographs (like glass plates, lenses, water and chemicals, which are oftentimes important equipment of darkrooms) in different contexts to create photograms, questioning what defines photography and what makes it the spectacle it is.
